Refund & Cancellation Policy

Information regarding refunds and service cancellations for AIBDA memberships.

All payments made to All India Blood Donors Association are for membership card issuance and renewal services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Payment is successful but card service is not initiated
  • Duplicate payment occurs
  • Technical error from gateway side

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Card has already been dispatched or issued
  • User violates platform policies
  • Membership is suspended due to misconduct
  • Renewal is missed or card expires naturally

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
